The Game is not "great" i think it will be worse than Cod4 but it still will be one of those "must-have" games.

Did you play the game? Did you read any reviews to build an opinion? No? Then pls don't judge it.

I played it and the single player campaign is the best in any cod game to date, the zombie mode is 100 times better than spec ops in mw2 and the multiplayer looks to be really fun since there has been a lot of community input.
But as I said, since the servers are not online yet I hadn't had a chance to fully experience it yet.

Well watching trailers and teasers is not always the best way to et an impression. All the trailers for "The Force Unleashed" for example were really good and had really high production values, but ultimatelly the game itself was not that great.

...so don't freak out that fast.

the mp can be a shit load of fun, but as long as the major part of the community doesnt move over it won´t happen.
most of the modders that made pam4 and promod said they wont do a new mod for black ops
so this is gonna be a hard task
i recommand you to look at tek-9.org ( cod4 community homepage) and read some of the black ops topic to get an idea of what the cod4 community( who will make the difference) thinks about the game

Well i personally think That CoD4 just got some good review because its the first game which had this "WOW!" effect, etc. It was somethign really new to the Shooter-World having such a good game. Nad Black Ops seems to have a better singleplayer than CoD4 because of what i saw from the singleplayer. (First 20 minutes.) It looked really, really good.

We can discuss this tomorrow evening when i´ve finished that game. ;))
