And the other side is: Almost everyone (what a surprise) didn't know what Ironhide did. His "public" and "known" work ist just 50%. The other 50% happened behind the scenes. And those 50% were the more important side. Many things here what are USUAL for everyone here in TX at this day, were done by Ironhide. I try making you guys understand why I want him back that much and why I want to give him a higher role in TX.

Sometimes we have to take unfair decisions to make the WHOLE situations more fair. Think about that. :-)

The pessimistic answer would be: life is unfair. ;-)

I don't want to look like that. But I cannot leave it... this is actually the first time I act that strict.

Iron, dare if you dissappoint me...

I do care! If you have something to say, do it. If you want to keep it private, PM me or Xfire me. I appreciate every opinion.

Still no Tx tags?

Whatever, in my opinion its just not fair that a person that leaves so much times gets this spot imediatly after leaving another time. It may be that TX needs iron, but if there are rules they should be for eeryone.

I can definitely understand your worries guys, I would react exactly like you did if I would be in your situation. It seems pretty weird how often I joined TX, I know that, and it seems even more weird what I achieved even though I left more than twice. Of course it looks like I am just going back because of the spot Vash offered me, but as he already said that was not influencing my decision at any time and had nothing to do with it. Vash and I have been talking a lot yesterday, day and night, and finally we both came to a decision. But that decision was not not including "I come back if I become head of the CC", it was rather "good that you come back. and btw. you are going to be head of the CC in the future". After 80% of the problems were solved I heard Vash's idea of giving me that spot the very first time, after I already knew the possibility to go back to TX is very high.

But it is not that all my reasons why I left TX are forgotten now, there are still things needing to be solved and I hope, or think, I can be a help fixing them. Vash already said that a few things might, or will, change. At this point most of you will think "that will probably include to follow the rules, but at the same time Vash is breaking these rules for Ironhide". And yes, I do agree that he is breaking the rules, but that might be necessary. And I want to say once again, that I left TX and joined RedCell had its reasons, it was not an entirely wrong step and I do not completely regret it. What I do regret is that I gave up too fast, that I disappointed people in TX and RC, but I think it was the best step to get another point of view and to learn things. And I did learn things in the past days, I made new experience in and outside of TX. Experience that will hopefully help us, TeamXtreme, to create a better future. We will work on that very hard, it was one of the main aspects Vash mentioned to me: We will try to make TX a better place to stay. That promise was convincing me way more than my spot in the CC. I would even denied that spot if it would have been related to that point.

Of course I also understand that you disagree that I just keep my rank even though I left often and for a longer time than the allowed 24 hours, but there are a few things you should know about it. Vash and I have been talking about this from the first day on, he kind of expanded the time limit for a rejoin from the first minute on, he was not just ignoring the rule afterwards. Anyway maybe it is too much what I received recently, that I get the spot as CC head, can rejoin and do not even get demoted. I would understand and agree with a demotion to a lower rank, maybe even a lot lower, just as Vash thinks it is needed. I would not complain if this is going to happen, I know it would be fully deserved. I made mistakes, but these mistakes where necessary for me to learn about TX and to learn about me.

Opinions can be different. Opinions about things we do, did, about what just happened or will happen. That is normal and even good, we need different opinions to get the perfect mix out of everything. So Grace (not only you, but I just saw what you wrote in your last post), every opinion matters, will be respected and is important for us! So please, let us know any kind of advice or feedback. No one always has to agree with me or anyone else, as long as everyone respects eachother and other's opinions. That's the clue of a solution.

Anyone said TX can also live without me. Of course it can, no one denied that fact. But personally I feel very honored that Vash wants my help and asks me for help, not only mine also yours and everyone's in some way, but if I can help I will help. I also told him that I would like to help him and TX as a RedCell member, that would not have been a problem for me.

Just once again to make things very sure for everyone: I was not leaving for fun, I was not joining RedCell for fun and especially I am not coming back for fun. Everything had its reasons, but we should concentrate on the future from now on, and we should do that together. I completely understand if some of you disagree with the recent happenings and some probably think it was undeserved or wrong to let me still be a member of TX. But if you like this clan, as I do, you should maybe forget that and work together with me, Vash, the CC and every other member. If things should become better, and we want them to become better, we have to work as the comunity we are supposed to be!
ZenZor wrote:I am so interested in the point that iron still wears Redcell tags
Anyone knows why he still does^^ ?
When Vash and I finally agreed on all details I suddenly had to went AFK, so he already announced it but I had no time to mention it in the RedCell forums yet or even to change tags. But I already talked to the RedCell members in charge earlier, most of them can understand me. Now I even had time to make it official in the RedCell forums and to change my name. Sorry for that delay, it might have caused confusion.

I want to add that EVERYONE is being asked for help making TX a better place! Iron is just "the example" at the moment. THIS DOES NOT mean no one can follow his steps.... let's do it. Together.

Means that I appreciate ideas from every member. About anything.

Since normal members doesn't have the possibility(my english sucks ik, hope you get what i mean) to do sth for the clan this sounds imo rly strange.
Together = gen+ in this case, not the normal members.

Oh and pls, having nice behaviour and playing a lot of matches isnt something to mention here in case "helping your clan"

Since when aren't you able to give your ideas? About rules/organisation/anything. If you have an idea what could help TX, mention it! Don't keep it for yourself where nobody will find it.

If you say "rule X" sucks, we can talk about it. If you say "member X is Gen but undeserved", we can talk about it. If you say "I'd like to have "this" in the clan, we can talk about it.

I want more effort here.

Every member can message higher ranked people about ideas and problems. Can bring in his ideas, thougts, feelings and suggestions. Also everyone can work on projects for TX, like mappacks, mods, the WarZone website or public discussions. Since we have one forum are for all divisions we can work very well together, and of course every member can talk to CC members, generals or any other member in Xfire. That way we can work together pretty well, and we can solve problems.

That was just an information.
What happens to Iron is at the end not interesting. Normal members like me can't influence here, because they can't decide.

That's the point. There are a few, esspecially old members, complaining about different things here in TX.

All in all I must say the atmosphere here changed. I'd like to bring it back. I want to improve TX in all aspects, so everyone here feels honored being part of this clan. Everyone should feel comfortable.
Matzey wrote:Normal members like me can't influence here, because they can't decide.
As I told ZenZor: you can influence by giving your ideas. Of course you cannot take direct decisions, but you can convince everyone with the right words and arguments.
