Well that's a rule that non members are not allowed to post in applications, but if you got something very important to say just talk to a member in charge directly via PM or Xfire, no one can delete that. Welcome back, in my opinion you deserve it to come back.
I do not exactly know what you did "behind the scenes" but you were one of the core members for creating new maps, mod etc. what I had seen so far.
Thanks for making this game attractive again and I know you will take a great part making this clan a better place ;-)
