We dont have that by default either, the fastpath option is additional and requires extra payment. ISPs here removed the FastPath option years ago already. Nowdays DSL connections with 6 Mbps or more have it enabled by default!
Only users with slower connections than 6 Mbps can't get it anymore.
By the way: server's internet uplink has been upgraded to 1 Gbps.
